Overview

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit drjulian.health and how it is used. The site is an informational and professional-contact site. It is not a patient portal, and it should not be used to share personal health information.

Information collected

The only information actively collected is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), the reason for your inquiry, and your message. If you email directly instead, that message and your email address are received the same way any email would be.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and basic operation. This is not used to build a profile of you.

How the information is used

Contact-form and email information is used solely to read and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and it is not used for advertising.

Form processing

The contact form is delivered through a third-party form-processing service, which transmits your submission to the site owner by email. That provider processes the data only to deliver your message and is bound by its own privacy terms. If you prefer not to use the form, you may email email@drjulian.health directly.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to serve the font files. Any embedded videos load only after you click to play. Until then, no video-provider scripts or cookies are placed on your device.

Data retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which it may be deleted. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing email@drjulian.health. Because inquiries are handled personally, requests are honored directly.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a professional and general-adult audience and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
